What Photo sharing services does PixelEyes support?
PixelEyes works with a number of popular online photo sharing sites including Photobucket and Picasa web albums.
How do I start PixelEyes?
From TiVo® Central select "Music, Photos, & Showcases" and scroll down to PixelEyes. Once PixelEyes has started, scroll down to "My Photo Accounts" and select your online photo service. Enter your username and password, and you've got instant access to your online photos!
Will PixelEyes photos use up lots of my storage space?
PixelEyes doesn't save the photos to your hard drive; it merely takes you to your online photos through your TiVo.
How do I view my photos?
On the PixelEyes menu, scroll to the "My Photos" option. Your available photo accounts will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Select an account to get started. Then select an album and you can view photos either one by one by pressing SELECT, or in a slideshow by pressing PLAY.
How do I move to the next photo?
You can move forward or backward between photos by pressing the CHANNEL UP or CHANNEL DOWN buttons. Return to album view at any time by pressing LEFT.
Can I edit my slideshows?
PixelEyes gives you full control of your photo slideshows. Simply press ENTER while the slideshow is running and an options screen will appear. From here you can edit speed, repetition, and transition effects.
Can I only search through my own photos?
PixelEyes also allows you to search through the photos of other people by using the "Find Photos" option. Once you've selected a service, you can search by keyword or username. Any matches can then be viewed via album or slideshow mode. You can bookmark photos you really love by hitting the RECORD button at any time. We've even provided a variety of sample photos if you don't have an online photo account yet: see Photobucket's Selections, Picasa Web Albums.
